Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Hovena. By using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's standard End User License Agreement where applicable. If you do not agree, do not use Hovena.
Age Requirement
Hovena is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Hovena, you confirm that you are at least 18.
App Purpose
Hovena provides tools for dance-related video posts, comments, profile expression, practice goals, check-ins, and routine idea records. You are responsible for how you use these features and for the content you create or share.
User-Generated Content
You may create or submit content such as videos, captions, profile details, comments, goals, check-in notes, and routine idea text. You retain responsibility for your content and must have all rights and permissions needed to use or share it.
You grant Hovena a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and use your content as necessary to provide and operate the app.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Hovena has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, create, promote, or engage in content or conduct involving harassment, bullying, threats, hate-based behavior, sexually explicit material, exploitation, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, dangerous acts, or violations of another person's rights.
We may remove content, restrict access, block accounts, or take other action when we believe these Terms or platform rules have been violated.
Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Hovena includes reporting and blocking controls. Users can report content or accounts, block users, and delete their own posts or comments where these controls are available. Reports may be reviewed, and action may be taken at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Hovena, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the app to harm others. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and appropriateness of your own content.
Coins and Purchases
Hovena may include coin-related features and purchases. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Digital items have no cash value except where required by law.
Content Removal and Account Deletion
You may delete certain content or delete your account through available app controls. We may also remove content or restrict use if needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain app safety.
Intellectual Property
Hovena, including its design, branding, software, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers
Hovena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hovena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be identified by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Hovena after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
